Turning Passion into Profession: A Journey into Creative Careers

The SPARK Campion Career Guidance Programme was held on 20 November 2025 for the students of Classes XI and IX on the theme “Careers in the Creative Field.” The session aimed to open young minds to the limitless possibilities within creative industries, where imagination meets professional excellence. The programme was led by two distinguished experts—Ms. Abhirami S. Krishna, Art Curator & Space Designer and Mr. Vinod Alex, Vice President of AfdIndia—whose presence added immense value to the event.

The resource persons introduced students to a wide spectrum of career paths in design, visual arts, digital media, architecture, and creative entrepreneurship. They elaborated on the scope of emerging job roles, the range of specialised courses available in India, and the leading design colleges shaping the next generation of creative professionals. The speakers also explained the selection procedures, eligibility requirements and mark criteria, giving students a clearer roadmap to pursue their aspirations.

The discussion on entrepreneurship opportunities particularly inspired many who dream of starting their own ventures someday. A dedicated question-and-answer session allowed students to voice their doubts, explore their curiosities and gain personalised guidance. To further support interested learners, an aptitude test was conducted, helping them identify their strengths and suitability for creative fields.
