Teachers’ Training Program 2025–2026“Future Begins Here. Be Future-Ready!”26th May – 30th May.

The Teachers’ Training Program for the academic year 2025–2026 began on 26th May with the theme, “Harmony: Future Begins Here. Be Future-Ready!” This week-long initiative aimed to inspire educators, promote collaboration, and equip them with practical tools for the year ahead. The theme Harmony emphasized balance, understanding, and unity, encouraging a holistic approach that nurtures both academic excellence and emotional well-being within the school community.

The training opened with a solemn Holy Mass, invoking divine guidance for the journey forward. The inaugural session featured, Dr. K. V. Thomas, Director who introduced the key theme of Harmony, stressing the need for a balanced and peaceful environment within school.

Dr. Leelamma Thomas, Dean and Senior Principal, delivered a compelling talk on A Teacher’s Vision, inspiring educators to lead with purpose, compassion and a clear sense of direction.

Practical life skills were also addressed with a session on financial literacy and personal planning by Mr. Rejoice from Federal Bank. His session emphasized the importance of financial well-being as a cornerstone for overall personal and professional growth.

To enhance teaching effectiveness, led a session on modern pedagogical approaches and innovative teaching methods tailored to meet the changing demands of 21st-century learners. Equally engaging was Mr. Mathew Jacob’s interactive workshop on team building, which focused on fostering collaboration, communication, and mutual trust among faculty members.

The training concluded on an inspiring note with a motivational session by Mr. George Pulikkan. His energizing address left educators feeling uplifted and ready to take on the new academic year with confidence and enthusiasm. Overall, the program enriched the teaching community, promoting a shared vision, professional growth, and a spirit of unity.
