To mark World Day against Child Labour, the students of Grade 11 organized a special assembly to raise awareness about the urgent need to eliminate child labour. The event featured powerful performances, speeches, and creative expressions advocating for children's rights and education. A poignant poem, “On child Labour” written by NCC Cadet Tanushree Sharma highlighting the struggles of child labourers was recited by a student, emphasizing their lost childhood, dreams, and the importance of ensuring their protection. The emotions conveyed through words deeply touched the audience, instilling a sense of responsibility and urgency to act. A student delivered an inspiring speech based Article 45 of Indian Constitution which emphasizes the importance of early childhood care and education. It states that “The State shall endeavour to provide early childhood care and education for all children until they complete the age of six years.” The speech highlighted the causes and consequences of child labour, underscoring the need for education, fair wages, and legal reforms. To complement the speech, visually impactful posters were displayed, depicting real-life stories and powerful messages such as:
- "Let children hold books, not tools”
- "A child's place is in school, not at work"

The assembly served as a meaningful platform to educate and empower students, encouraging them to become advocates for change. The event concluded with a pledge from students and teachers to stand against child labour and support organizations working towards children's welfare.
